SO MANY QUESTIONS

I have so many questions and I don't know where to start. Why do some of us get it, and the rest do not? How did we decide not to eat living beings, or to hurt them in any way, but the rest of the world can keep on doing just that? What puts some of us at the point of being always humane, but others only selectively so? What can we vegans do to help non vegans get to the point that we are? Can we all keep thinking we are doing all we can, when we see how small a minority we are?

Sometimes I feel hopeless..........I want to believe that the tide is slowly changing, but see too much evidence that it is not..............It's harder every day to be around people who don't see the world and all the creatures that inhabit it the way I do.............My hyper empathy is actually painful, but I know it helps for the greater good..............I worry that all the earths living inhabitants (excluding humans), are watching closely, trying to teach us a most important lesson, but most humans are too stupid to get it............I want them to know that I get it and will do everything I can to spread the message...........Does anyone else feel like this, or am I losing it?

When I look into an animals eyes I see all the potential of what we could be, how amazing the world could be if every living creature had peace, love, happiness and freedom. I just wish it could be that way right now...........

HOW CAN WE STAND BY?

HOW CAN WE STAND BY and do nothing in the face of this kind of abuse? Please read the article on the horrendous abuse suffered by the monkeys at the Oregon National Primate Research Center (ONPRC) . Tired old tests done by bored scientists with cruel methods, for no good reasons. Most of the testing is repeats on tests that DO NOT need to be done, ever again.

Why are most of us turning a blind eye as to how our fellow creatures on this planet are being treated? Can you all keep looking the other way once you know what is really happening? Can you love them and still eat them? Can you adore them and still know they are being tortured and killed every day? CAN YOU REALLY? I know there are pressing problems in this country and the world at large. We all need a cause-something we believe in and want to make a difference with. We all have to take what is in our hearts and try to help the most in the time we have. Can we do any less than that and still be humans?

NO CRUELTY-EVER-TO ANIMALS This is MY cause-I can do no less than offer my all.
